Certified Qualitative Particulate Dust Measuring Device

The PFM 20 dust monitoring device provides a live measurement of the particulate burden in an exhaust stack. Using standard reference methods this can be calibrated to provide a qualitative value that will satisfy permit requirements with the lowest of ELV’s*.

Key benefits include:

  • MCERTS & QAL1 certified options are available
  • Lowest certified range of 0 – 7.5 mg/m3
  • Suitable for Incineration and Combustion processes
  • Efficient + robust design
  • Low maintenance requirements
  • Tri-clamp fixing – no tools required to remove/service
  • Automatic zero / span point checks
  • Linearity check kit (option)

Additionally, the dust monitoring device features customisable coated probes of various lengths, AC/DC power supply options, an external display unit and Modbus output.

**The PFM20 matches the lowest certified range of any device currently QAL1 or MCERTS approved.

Certified Continuous Optical Extractive Particulate Measuring Device

The OPM 19 ED dust monitoring device provides a continuous, optical extractive measurement of dust content and is suitable for condensing / wet gases. Such applications include post wet scrubber measurements.

The measuring gas is sampled by a temperature-controlled probe conveyed to a measuring cell. The measurement is based on optical scattered light measurement.

Key benefits include:

  • MCERTS & QAL1 certified
  • Lowest certified range of 0 – 7.5 mg/m3
  • GRP weather proof casing (IP55)
  • Suitable for Waste Incineration and Combustion processes
  • Compact device requiring a relatively small space for installation
  • Only one sample flange with integrated or separated return fitting necessary
  • Automatic zero / reference point check; zero point / pollution correction

Additionally, the dust monitoring device features the option of a display/operating device and customisable probes of various immersion depths up to 1500mm.
