FMD 09 Flow Measuring Device
By use of an averaging pitot, a representative DP can be measured within the stack. The FMD 09 has an integrated temperature and absolute pressure measurement as well as a user-friendly operator interface. This enables outputs to be configured to the operator’s preference, be that DP, Velocity or Flow.
The device has been designed to be operator and service friendly. Isolation valves are standard, and the DP tube can be removed from the process without removing the weather cover or the need to make any electrical disconnections.
Options for high temp probes, manual and auto back-purging and anti-freeze heating make this a particularly versatile device.
The FMD 09 is MCERTS approved and suitable for use in a wide range of combustion and incineration processes. As EA requirements are introduced for Flow Monitors to be ‘QAL2’d, this is a device that can be integrated into existing systems.
