CEM Solutions offer the complete package – all the services detailed can be carried out in isolation, and also as part of bespoke turnkey packages. We recognise that all applications are different – some are more ‘straight-forward’ than others but all require a considered solution.

Turnkey Systems – Manufacturing Capabilities
We offer a turnkey package solution, from simple particulate monitoring through to complete duty & standby CEMS shelters.
Whether it’s a retrofit CEMS room with replacement analysers or a completely new build system, we have the capabilities to design, manufacture, install and maintain it.
Our experienced site engineers have installed “flat pack” style GRP shelters which have been assembled on site. This included installation of air-con, duty and standby MCA10 gas analysers and internal & emergency lighting.
In-house built packages include fully assembled GRP shelters custom designed to specification, including air-con, complete electrical installation and safety accessories.

Site Surveys & Advice
Site surveys are invaluable for any CEM system, be it assessing an existing installation, specifying replacement items or recommending a turnkey solution for new systems. Our site surveys are normally carried out free of charge with no pressure to buy.
Training
Familiarising our customers with the system ensures the end user understands how the system should be operated and are confident identifying and reporting issues back to us.
Installation & Commissioning
As part of our ‘turnkey’ approach to provide straight-forward solutions, we undertake all aspects of installation and commissioning. As an experienced service company, we are familiar with the potential installation issues and can draw from this to provide a functional installation plan that adds value through good design. This will ensure that CEMS operate to their best potential and that service activities are made as accessible as possible.

We have the ability to design, manufacture and install turnkey solutions from our UK production facility. These are custom built to your precise requirements. All of the products we use are MCERTS approved and certified. We work closely with trusted suppliers of industry leading products, such as ABB UK & Fuji.
We service & calibrate CEMS throughout the UK within a variety of maintenance contracts, arranged at intervals to comply (as a minimum) with manufacturers’ recommendations and MCERTS certified intervals, typically biannually or quarterly. These contracts can include 24-hour phone support and next day call-out if required.
