Each month we make time to get together as a team – known as our ‘All In’ days! Due to schedules, sometimes we may not have all been working together from our headquarters in Darley Dale since the month before!
Alongside department specific meetings, these days always feature a whole team sit down. During this we share feedback, including individual / department successes. Company-wide messages are delivered – always better this way rather than via a written bulletin! Health & Safety related scenarios are posed, allowing chance for reminders about correct protocols or procedures. There’s also a regular slot for James (Sales Manager) to update on new customers who have come on board during the past month!
As well as sharing Service Manager Tom Blackham’s birthday cake, in February we welcomed Andreas Schafer from Dr Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG to our All In! He gave us all an update on company news from Markranstädt.
At CEM Solutions we operate as a Team – even when we may work apart for much of the time. These monthly planned get togethers allow for a cuppa and a catch up. A way to connect, to share challenges, discuss the way forward and the over-arching business direction!
