We are absolutely thrilled to have James Gilbert join the CEM Solutions team as our Sales Manager.
With his extensive 25-year career at CODEL International, he brings a wealth of expertise and industry experience that has truly been invaluable during the last few hectic weeks.
It’s been a whirlwind for us lately, with exciting events like the International Sales Partner Conference at Dr. Foedisch headquarters in Leipzig, Germany. The entire team had the opportunity to witness the Dr. Foedisch analysers in action at various plants throughout the UK, visiting our esteemed customers.
So, we couldn’t be more thrilled to have James on board, bringing his unique perspective and knowledge to our organisation. We recently sat down with him to hear about his transition from his previous role to CEM Solutions and what he’s most excited about for the future.
James has expressed his excitement for the new opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. His dedication to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with our clients is something we greatly admire. We asked James what it’s been like starting with CEM Solutions after a long time in his previous role and what he’s most looking forward to for the future:
“Moving from my previous role where most of my time was spent managing and motivating global distributors, to a more direct sales approach within the confines of the UK was a little daunting at first. The realisation of me now being the distributor didn’t hit me until a couple of weeks in!
The CEM Solutions team have been great in helping me settle in, giving me time to understand their core business values, strengths and strategies. Previously, I was so focussed overseas, I really didn’t appreciate how big the potential is in the UK for a company with access to a full range of both process and certified CEMS products – Dr Foedisch really have got it right! Getting back to visiting end users and discussing their needs has been so satisfying. I look forward to making new relationships, increasing business and being part of CEM Solutions moving to the next level.”
