I started in January 2021, so coming up to 3 years now. I look after our team of Engineers, booking their appointments, purchasing spares and liaising with our customers including quoting for service contract renewals. It’s a very varied role, which I enjoy and involves speaking to lots of different people. At times it can be challenging trying to schedule all the service visits, especially during the holiday season!
My colleagues possibly aren’t aware that being brought up in Hertfordshire, I am a keen Tottenham Hotspur supporter. My weekends typically start with a walk to our village pub on a Friday evening and then taking our dogs for a nice long walk in the Peak District on Saturday or Sunday.
