The dust collector located in the yard close to the offices allowed for a straight-forward installation of the Dr Foedisch PFM13C tribo-electric based dust probe and the CEM Solutions CEMWare data reporting panel.
CEMWare has been designed specifically for Part B installations, exceeding reporting requirements of local authority permits and relevant process guidance notes but with an intuitive touchscreen interface for viewing, trending and reporting of the measurement data.
During the site survey it was decided that the most suitable mounting location for the panel was in the main office, where it could be monitored by Russell and give him easy access to the integrated reporting package.
The PFM13C dust probe is a loop-powered device requiring only a single cable to be run across the yard. The installation, commissioning and setup was carried out by CEM Solutions engineers and completed in one day.
Once the results are back from the recent third-party stack tests, the calibration factor can be calculated and remotely entered from CEM Solutions HQ over the remote support connection.
