CEM Solutions exhibited at the annual Resource & Waste Management Expo earlier this month.
This huge exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham has various specific sections, with our stand situated in the ‘Waste, Recycling & Disposal Services’ area.
RWM attracts a variety of attendees; we were kept busy across both days of the exhibition talking to a variety of people, from Energy from Waste operators to EPC contractors. We were also in discussions with suppliers of industry-related equipment who find that they are approached for gas or dust instrumentation and were on the lookout for strategic partnerships and value-added opportunities.
We showcased the MGA12 incorporated into a CEM Solutions “easy access” system, which uses a cold/dry measuring technique, as well as the FDS (Fine Dust Sensor) and MCERTS certified PFM20 (Particulate Filter Monitor). Of course, we spent a good portion of the time discussing the merits and benefits of using the MCA10 hot/wet analyser on EfW (Energy from Waste) plants. With many UK installations, the MCA10 has proven itself to be an excellent choice for both final CEMS & Raw Gas.
It’s also great to liaise with existing customers and hear how they appreciate our ongoing service and support. We even made time to have interesting open market discussions with our friendly competitors!
