The latest product offering from CEM Solutions – CEMWare 365 – will be used for dust monitoring and reporting compliance.
CEMWare365 is a small form factor, remote access data logger. When coupled with the Dr Foedisch PFM13C tribo electric dust probe, it provides the perfect solution to hassle free compliance monitoring on part B permitted sites.
Purposely designed for operators / sites that find manually collecting data for compliance reporting time consuming, frustrating and sometimes near impossible, due to missing data caused by faulty instrumentation or data collection issues.
CEM Solutions (UK) Ltd are offering a service where this data is managed on the customer’s behalf. Reports are delivered directly to their inbox and can be simply forwarded to the Local Authority inspector. Reports are available on a monthly or six-monthly basis.
Based on a subscription model, the CEMWare365 remote data logger and PFM13C dust probe are supplied at a low initial setup fee. Installation, commissioning & maintenance packages then include the data reporting service. No need for timely CAPEX applications or approvals as the manageable monthly payments can be covered by an existing OPEX budget.
The pdf report includes monthly data (by day) based on a 15-minute average, clearly highlighting ELV exceedances, data validity, system health check and maintenance recommendations. The data is presented in both tabular and chart formats as shown below:
The remote data logger and report service has been designed to meet the requirements of local authority permits where continuous indicative particulate monitoring is required.
The base unit includes a large LCD display for current measurement data in mg/m3, data validity indicator and audible & visual alarm in case of ELV exceedence.
Connectivity via GSM, WIFI or Ethernet allows access to the unit for the CEM Solutions (UK) Ltd team for access to the data, provide remote software upgrades and support.
