This month a focus on how we additionally consider the importance of factors which can help promote improved physical and mental wellbeing.

Highlights in 2024 have been visiting customers, attending exhibitions and conferences and in between that, a few well deserved social events! The exhibitions and conferences really have been an important part of our success. The opportunity to talk face to face and showcase what we do and how we do it has proven to be valuable time spent.

We recently exhibited at the Operational Optimisation Conference in Birmingham. The conference is attended by industry experts to discuss industry challenges including pressures to reduce downtime, increase availability and improve throughput, whilst operating safely and keeping costs down with ever more stringent emissions regulations.

I’ve been asking myself what’s most rewarding, setting up your stand at an exhibition or the exhibition itself?

My challenge in our new Company year is to put Carbon reduction front and centre in all our future business planning.
